Individual counseling sessions are $80 and can be held in person or by video or phone.

I provide DOT/SAP return to work evaluations and treatment to those in safety sensitive positions who fall under the jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) that received a violation due to a positive alcohol or drug test.The SAP evaluation requires a minimum of 2 hours of interview and testing time. The fee is due at the beginning of the interview session.
The Department of Transportation (DOT) has mandated that certain employees are subject to federal drug and alcohol use and testing regulations. Any employee who violates these regulations must be immediately removed from safety-sensitive responsibilities, and may not be returned to any safety-sensitive duty in the transportation industry until and unless he/she successfully completes a DOT return-to-duty processes, which includes a SAP evaluation.
In accordance with DOT regulations, a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) can provide the following services:

Consultation and coordination of services with the employer

Comprehensive face-to-face assessment and clinical evaluation to determine the appropriate level of assistance

Referral for treatment and case management

Follow-up assessment and monitoring of compliance with recommended services

Employee drug and alcohol education and treatment (for individuals recommended to attend education and/or treatment as a result of an SAP evaluation conducted by another SAP provider).
Please be advised that the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), USCG (U.S. Coast Guard), FMCSA (Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration), FTA (Federal Transit Administration), RSPA (Research and Special Programs) and FRA (Federal Railroad Administration) fall under the jurisdiction of the D.O.T. Federal Guidelines.

This service is available for individuals and families. Electronic therapy activities may include using the telephone, text, e-mail, or interactive tele-video-conferencing technologies for a variety of concerns and interests. Electronic therapy is provided to you in the comfort of your own home, office, or even car!
I use HIPPA compliant secure video conferencing, text, email or telephone formats to make the hard work of counseling convenient and confidential. All you need is a comfortable private space, good internet, and a smart phone, tablet, laptop or personal computer and we’ll talk together!

If you have been arrested for a drug or alcohol related offense, failed a drug screen or are involved in a DFCS case, you may be required to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation. This is used by employers, probation and the courts to determine if an individual has a Substance Related Disorder and to determine an appropriate level of care.
